All classes are 1 hour in length. Session times are 6am 9:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30am and 6:30pm
All classes Monday to Friday 6am to 5:30pm are Cross training and offer a great challenge with plenty of variety.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6:30pm is Boxing.
A great cardio burner.
Tuesday &Thursday 6:30pm and Saturday morning 9am we do a Bootcamp circuit that is a great introduction to new participants yet still offers plenty for seasoned participants. Lots of variety here too.
