What are your class/session times?
All classes are 1 hour in length. Session times are 6am 9:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30am and 6:30pm

All classes Monday to Friday 6am to 5:30pm are Cross training and offer a great challenge with plenty of variety.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6:30pm is Boxing. A great cardio burner.
Tuesday &Thursday 6:30pm and Saturday morning 9am we do a Bootcamp circuit that is a great introduction to new participants yet still offers plenty for seasoned participants. Lots of variety here too.
What's the difference between this and other bootcamps?
We offer a variety of times to train. And our classes are different each day.

Our in house Nutritional therapist will guide you on the journey towards healthy eating. 

The community of like-minded participants and seasoned returning members will encourage you to try your best every session. 

Our coaches are more than regular PT's, They're qualified CrossFit level one coaches with a passion for helping everybody become the best version of themselves.
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
We have had people of all shapes and sizes, fitness levels and capacity train with us successfully. We tailor the workouts to ensure each individual works at their appropriate level.
How does the guarantee work?

How many sessions can I attend per week?
Attend as many sessions as you wish! We recommend at least 3 sessions per week to receive the benefits of exercise. And we monitor your efforts to ensure you don't over do it! 
What do I need to know before attending my first session?
If you haven't exercised in a year and you are over 30 years old, we recommend you get a Doctors physical approval prior to commencement. We would love to know any physical limitations you may have so we can cater for your needs. Small details are important and we are discreet and understanding. This challenge is scale-able and achievable yet still enough to change you forever.  
Does it include a nutrition plan too?
Yes! Our in house Nutritionist Lizy is offering her 30 day detox program as part of our delivery. Its a vital inclusion that provides the bedrock of our entire lifestyle success.
When does my program officially start? 
Our first 2019 10 week program starts Monday the 4th of February and continues through to the 12th of April.
